When I was in Loreto I spent every day in the Holy House at the back left corner. I never saw the frescoes - I never realized they were there until I saw photos of the interior (above) many years later. I wish I could go back to that.

I have had the privilege to visit the Holy House twice, and I must say that it is, by far, my favorite place to pray in the entire world. I have experienced a peace there that I have never found anywhere else. I received an immense spiritual healing there. For that I am most grateful to our Blessed Lady.
