May he stand before the Merciful Lord and be judged accordingly.

Delete. This is one jihadist who did not seek martyrdom in the judicial process. McVeigh seemed obdurate til near the end and then repented and received extreme unction. This desire-wise may happen to Tsarnaev hopefully...he'll have years of appeals. The good thief was sorry but You didn't see Christ telling the Romans that they should spare him and take him down now that he was sorry. In fact Christ as God inspired Romans 13:4 after He ascended since the Trinity acts in unison in all things...Rom.13:4 which is nowhere cited in Evangelium Vitae.

DeleteNY Times has good article...only 2 out of 12 jurors believed Sr. Prajean that Tsarnaev was sorry....jurors had to be death qualified so some Catholics were probably dismissed in the early stages whereas St. Pius V would have been dismissed for having had too much involvement in executions...What?
