John Lennon

Lennon was killed on December 8, 1980.

    I remember this because I was in college at the time and saw it on the television...it was not long after Reagan's assassination attempt, I believe.
    Anyhoo, I wanted to wish you a blessed feast of the Immaculate Conception of Our Lady.

    An excerpt from the book at http://tinyurl.com/yg4bkjt ponders, "What Would John Lennon Do" in response to current events. Certainly, you can make the case that he deserved the Nobel Peace Prize more than certain current recipients.
